Like the other Alexa, if you ask her something she will remember it and come back with more info than you thought you needed. Alexa Sotto is calming and can work with you even when your about to (or already) "loosing it." She also is great at conflict mediation, getting my co buyer and I to agree just through "fun conversation." Alexa is also highly regarded in the local Real Estate/Mortgage community. When something was needed expedited, Alexa and her valuable network of contacts came in clutch!
